The Mouseover effect for the Enter Button, as shown in the Screen Shot,
is optional.

The purchaser is entitled to 6 additional custom buttons.

This is a simulated side-bordered design achieved by using a 2 column
table. It will accommodate all monitor resolutions and the graphics can
also be arranged in any layout, including a centered version.
Time to create this design: Approximately 6 hours.

that is my artist's signature.
